I apologize for not posting yesterday, but I was flying from Washington DC to Jordan and I am off to Dubai in a few days as well. Therefore,I hope I will post some inspirations that I come across during the trips. Today’s post I would like to talk about the collection Max Azria previewed for the 2013 Fall. To me Burberry comes to mind whenever a coat is mentioned, It is the brand that created an icon out of a trench coat. I believe nothing compares to the coats and trench coats for both men and women that Burberry produces, they are gorgeous in ever way. The pieces that I loved the most from the Oscar de La Renta pre-fall 2013 collection are posted below. They are all amazing pieces but by far my most favorites out of the ones below are the yellow dress as well as pastel blue dress with blue and pink beadings. Enjoy!

So as you all may know, over this week designers have been showing their Pre-Fall collections. Yesterday Gucci previewed theirs, this collection reminded me so much of the fashion of the 20’s and 30’s. The belt used is throwing me off sometimes but I hope you like it as much as I did! Here are my favorite pieces.

The combination of the dress’s color, shape, and embroidery just makes your eye water from pure joy and happiness. (yes, this happens when I see a beautiful piece of clothing-I am crazy I know). This dress is part of Zuhair Murad’s Spring/Summer 2013 cruise collection and it will look great on anyone that would wear it. Also this color is a must have for next spring and summer 2013, we have seen it on many runways.
If you are dreading the cold and can’t wait for the summer to come back around. Then you are definitely already shopping for summer clothing. Tibi has a pair of white shorts which are a must for spring/summer 2013. This is what I call a statement piece.

The best clothing articles are the ones that you can dress up or down whenever needed. I believe Lanvin mastered it with this dress. This dress may look more to the casual side but you can always style it the way you want. You can wear it with heels in order to attend a nice lunch or cocktail party or you can wear it with sandals or flats for a day around town.
As soon as I saw the dress I automatically imagined a woman walking into an event, she creates a buzz, knowing everyone she goes around greeting them. But her large Lady Dior handbag is always in the way.

There is something about architectural pieces that make me so happy. Take a look at this Roberto Cavalli dress, the ability for the dress to sit perfectly on ones body and give it an effect is what differentiates designers from mass clothing manufacturers. Moreover, when a designer creates an architectural piece it adds some form of power and edge to the person wearing the piece.
