Today I came across these Louis Vuitton high-top sneakers and I personally can’t get over them. They are sleek and not over embellished. They are perfect to wear with jeans and they can definitely make the outfit.

You probably won’t believe how much Amman has taken a toll on me recently. The wait of moving between two countries is mentally draining. Whenever I am here the culture allows me to second guess myself of whether I am taking the right steps in my life. Or I should take the familiar road or do I seriously have unrealistic dreams. These thoughts go through my mind every single day nevertheless, lets hope for the best and see how things will turn out to be.
As I sit here and write this I am currently planning on starting a new painting project. It’s probably the only thing that would get my mind off of things. I thought of using 3 different canvases of different sizes. The largest canvas is going to be of a blue eye that weeps and the tears are made of melted crayons. The second canvas is much smaller and it will only have an eye with no other significance attached to it. The third canvas is going to be of a mouth I imagine the lips being made out of an electric orange-red.
Lets see what happens and how everything turns out to be.
The other day I left Washington DC for Amman, Jordan and I will be forever grateful for the last 4 years that I spent in DC and for all the people I met along the way. My journey first starts in Amman where I am staying till the end of September and from then on move to Milan. This may be the easiest but hardest move at the same time. Moving away from DC where I grew as a person and built my identity may be one of the hardest things. But moving to Milan will allow me to forge my path.
Let the world be our playground.
This summer MCM collaborated with Craig & Karl to create a collection. Here are my favorites out of them, but by far my most favorite is the briefcase and the green document case which can be used as a clutch.

Yesterday I had to wear red, white and blue but I had to add the cowboy hat, I couldn’t be more American. Yesterday was a really long and busy day but the good thing about it was that I got to catch up with a couple of friends. At first, I met up with two friends around The Washington National Cathedral we went out for lunch and then walked around.Then later on in the day I met with two other friends and we ended up going to The Kennedy Center to watch the fireworks.

The other day I went to the Italian embassy in DC in order to apply for my residency for next year. Afterwards I went sightseeing with a friend from Lebanon.

The other day I saw this Etro scarf for men and I was fascinated with the print and material. Perfect for adding color in the winter but its not too bright as well.

Saturday was a very spontaneous day. We went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast and our initial plan was to go The Shenandoah National Park in Virginia for hike. But after getting up at 9 am and going to Cracker Barrel we realized that the park closes on Saturdays. So after a lot of research we decided to drive to West Virginia and go white water rafting. The raft that I was in managed to flip and we were saved by another raft. It was definitely an amazing summer day! Here are some pictures from our trip:

Two weekends ago I went with a group of friends to Miami in order to celebrate a birthday and graduation. During the visit I got to see an old friend of mine from Jordan that attended university there. It was great to catch up! One of the days we went to a restaurant called The Rusty Pelican and we took a picture that I really like. That day I was wearing a t-shirt in blue from Zara, wearing printed shorts from H&M, red penny loafers from Barney’s, and Persol sunglasses.
Inspired by music, Burberry launched a line of sunglasses called Spark. And I am obsessed, here is the men’s line :

The other day I went into a Bally store and I found these hightop sneakers. I have been looking for a pair for quite some time now. Not only they were exactly what I wanted, but they were also on sale, so I had to snatch them! I got them in brown, but they also come in white.

I would like to thank everyone for all the graduation gifts I received. Without mentioning names – you know who you are – I would like to thank you for the gift cards, Coach messenger bag, cards, frames, tie, and watch I received. Two days ago I got this Omega bracelet in orange by two friends of mine.It goes perfectly with the Hermès enamel bracelet also the orange is a perfect pop of color!
To the men out there, are you looking for summer shorts? Look no further, Emporio Armani has them. Here are my favorite shorts from Armani this season. They are perfect for a beach getaway or even if you live in a city that has access to a beach.

So a few days ago Chanel previewed the 2014 cruise collection I spoke about the women’s clothes in the collection. The post can be read here (Chanel- Women Cruise 2014). Looking at the men’s collection, all I wish for is for Chanel to start selling men’s clothes. I believe the Chanel jacket looks impeccable on men.
