I am sorry I couldn’t post anything yesterday. I was on a flight from Jordan back to DC to finish my last semester at university (Scary and exciting at the same time). Many fashion shows for men took place in the last two days, so there will be a lot to cover. Dolce & Gabbana held their fashion show yesterday and all I could imagine watching the show was Italian men from the early 1900’s had run away from a monastery and have somehow ended up in 2013. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVED the show, but this thought was running through my head the whole time. Take a look at my favorite tools from the fashion show and tell me what you think!
God I still haven’t received the numbers to your Black American Express! I need those numbers soon! Last night It was all about Kenzo at Pitti Uomo. Take a look at the looks that I liked the most, I specially loved the asymmetric coats as well as the baby blue color used.
God If you have a black American Express can you please send me the numbers on it? I would really appreciate it! This collection reminds me of the 20’s and 30’s. below are my favorite pieces out of the collection, but my most favorite looks are the two printed suits. I would love to wear both trousers. (The suits I am referencing to are the orange,blue, and white suit as well as the black and white double breasted suit).

I apologize for not being able to post in the last few days, I am back in Jordan and the posts will be back on track hopefully. Here is an update about what has happened in the last few days. Friends had arrived to Dubai on the 30th, that night we ended going to Roberto Cavalli’s club. That night was amazing it was with a great group of friends, Flo Rida was there partying in the club as well, and while we were there Michel Adam (owner and manager of FTV) gave the club a trophy symbolizing it as the best club in Dubai for the year 2012.
For New Year’s Eve my friend invited us on his boat. I personally couldn’t have asked for a better night, anyone that knows me knows how much I dislike the craziness of a club or a big party, I would rather have a calm night over a crazy one. New Year’s Eve was just amazing we got to see the fireworks that took place at Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Atlantis. I could not explain how good it was.
I am now in Jordan and I will be back in DC on the 12th. Happy New Years everyone! I wish you all the best in 2013! I hope it will be the best year to come for all of us!
Yesterday I went into the Dolce & Gabbana store and I saw these pair of shoes. I could just imagine them being worn with a velvet jacket, such a statement piece! I hope you like them as much as I do.

Sorry I couldn’t post anything yesterday as I had just arrived to Dubai. Starting from yesterday I went to my favorite places to shop here. An hour after I arrived, I ended up going to Mall of The Emirates-I couldn’t ask for more- I ended up going to Harvey Nichols and Carolina Herrera. Window shopping ended soon after as I was invited over at my friends house for a Mexican fiesta.
Today we went to my favorite place here in Dubai, Dubai Mall! After arriving to the mall in ten minutes we randomly bumped into two of my cousins, their children, and aunt (yes this happens every day in the Arab world). After bumping into them I had to go to the worlds largest shoe store, Level! Would you seriously expect less from the world’s largest mall?!! I was amazed, it was a dream within a dream or actually heaven within heaven. I try to convince myself that heaven would look this way, that I would spend my day shopping not only that, I don’t have to pay for it!! ( if that’s not heaven I don’t know what is)
Everyday I am going to add a post that is called “Spotted In Dubai.” Which will show the things I saw and fell in love with while I am here on vacation.
There is nothing I love more than an unconventional pair of men’s trousers. Unconventional pants are my secret addiction, I may not be able to wear them everywhere and many people may not accept them. But they give the person who wears them an edge saying, I am not afraid to break boundaries specially when men’s clothing is very conventional. I just fell in love with these two pairs of trousers by Alexander McQueen.

To me Burberry comes to mind whenever a coat is mentioned, It is the brand that created an icon out of a trench coat. I believe nothing compares to the coats and trench coats for both men and women that Burberry produces, they are gorgeous in ever way. This piece by Façonnable is not hard to find, but there is something about the buttons being on the shoulder that makes it more intriguing. It gives it the illusion of children’s clothing, is it possible that it conveys some form of innocence to the man wearing it? I believe our subconscious plays in this somehow making us assume stuff based on past experiences. I wonder if other people feel this way about this piece.

Etro knows how to do prints, thats what they are famous for! As I was online shopping a few weeks ago I came across this paisley printed men’s scarf. It adds so much to ones closet, it gives a glimpse to what you might be wearing underneath that buttoned up coat and scarf.
